An equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from three Premier Crus: Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne, and Ludes. First fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation completed. Aged on lees for 30 months. Delicate aromas of white flowers with notes of apple, pear and apricot. Seductive with a very fine mousse and brioche flavours on the palate.

Domaine de Ferrand Mistral Côtes du Rhône 2023 is an excellent and affordable red blend from the Rhône Valley, featuring Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre from vineyards near Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Aged in tanks to preserve fresh fruit flavors, it offers notes of blackberries, plums, pepper, and a hint of chocolate, making it a vibrant and natural Côtes du Rhône without oak influence.
