Cisteller Lucidity

Lucidity is a sharply focused, zero-dosage sparkling wine that speaks clearly of its Corpinnat origins. Made primarily from Xarel·lo, grown on limestone-rich soils in the higher reaches of Penedès, it combines tension and clarity with quiet depth. Extended ageing on the lees brings fine texture and subtle notes of citrus peel, green apple and chalk, without ever softening its incisive core.

This is a serious, food-driven sparkling wine rather than a showy one: dry, mineral and composed, with precision taking precedence over perfume. A wine for those who value restraint, structure and authenticity over sweetness or excess.
